We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all full-priced items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- You must provideΒ proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- The return request must be submittedΒ within 30 days of delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment withinΒ 5-10 business days.
Sale Items β Final Sale Policy
All items purchased on sale, during promotional events, or with a discount code are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to:

- Items purchased during holiday promotions
- Items purchased using any discount or coupon code
- Items purchased during limited time offers
- Bundle deals and special promotional packages

No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on a change of mind. This includes but is not limited to:

Order Cancellations
We understand that mistakes happen. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your purchase.

- Include your full name and order number in the email body
Please note the following:
Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours of purchase cannot be guaranteed
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled
If your order has already shipped at the time of your cancellation request, you will need to wait for delivery and follow the standard return process if eligible
Sale items cannot be cancelled after the 24-hour window under any circumstances
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, which is why we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests outside of this window.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at herheat@outlook.com with:

A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Items returned without prior authorization

Items showing signs of excessive use or damage caused by the customer
How To Start a Return
If your item meets all return eligibility requirements, follow these steps:

- Include your full name, order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to review and approve your request
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
