I really wanted to like this, but my girlfriend, whom I bought it for, absolutely could not stand the material. It was really rough. It didn't move well. It didn't breathe well. She found it incredibly uncomfortable and frustratingly unsatisfactory. I immediately emailed you guys, twice in fact, and never got a response. On top of that, the customer service I found to be really lacking. I requested a refund. I wanted to talk about it and see if there was anything that we could do. The item was not even used, just on first sight, first touch. Not usable. I do understand that some of that may be a personal preference. However, not getting any response from you guys at all was really disheartening. Bad review, considering a bad product, considering there is no recourse from your company. Just very unsatisfied.
Honestly, it looks like a big old nappy, but it is the only thing that I have actually found that gets heat to the area areas that are most impacted by my endometriosis and adenomyosis. It gets properly hot, just like I need it to. I don’t know how long I expected to last as it doesn’t come with the UK plug but has an adapter, also the instructions were terrible as it came with sachets but no clear instruction on how to use them- I’ve placed them in the pouches in the underwear, but honestly, I don’t know if that’s correct. Fundamentally, whilst it could be more attractive and come with better instructions, it bloody works, and that’s all I really need from it. It takes seconds to warm up, and has honestly saved my bacon. Have recommended it to friends and will continue to do so. These are now being referred to as my “hot pants” by friends who have been lucky enough to see them in person. They’re hideous, but they absolutely Work and a very much worth the money.

I recieved this and it said not to use with an extension lead however this is the only way I can use the product. HerHeat have a 30 day money back guarantee- so when I raised this with HerHeat, they would not let me return this despite their guarantee. I have asked multiple times to return this item to them but they keep ignoring me. Feel like they’re just marketing this to profit off of women with health issues like endometriosis.

Ik hoopte dat dit met een batterij zou zijn dat je kan opladen. Die heb ik tot op heden niet gevonden. Weinig of geen verstaanbare uitleg maakt het er niet makkelijker op. Een uitleg online die we kunnen vertalen zou heel helpend zijn. Nu is het voor ons enkel bruikbaar terwijl we het snoer insteken aan de electriciteit en dus niet handig. Jammer want het is niet zo goedkoop . Indien meer uitleg mogelijk hoor ik het graag.

Answer customer service request would be a good start. The devices I bought don't vibrate abd even on low setting in cold weather are far too hot. If satisfaction is guaranteed, please tell me how I can return the goods and get a refund
